Single Leg Kicks – Stand on your right leg and lift your left foot off the ground, making your left quad parallel to the ground. Place the weight on the left thigh and extend your foot forward. When your leg is straight, bend your knee and bring it back in. Try to keep your quad parallel to the ground. Repeat with the other leg.

Sumo Walk – In an exaggerated stance, squat down holding the weight between your legs. Then walk forward and backward while staying in the squat.

Stiff leg Deadlifts – Stand tall with feet shoulder width apart and feet facing forward. Hold the weight below your waist. Keeping your legs stiff, and knees bending only slightly, engage your core and bend over. Your upper body should be stiff like a board. The weight should touch the ground if possible. Come back up concentrating on using your glutes.

Bridge Lifts – Lying on your back, bring your feet closer to your body. With the weight on your hips, lift your hips upward, flexing your glutes. Then lower and repeat.
