The O.T. Drill is a combination of 8 different workouts, 2 lower body, 2 upper body, 2 total body, a cardio, and a yoga/stretching routine. Plus there is a bonus buddy workout you can bust out when you’re traveling with family or friends! All of the workouts are 15-25 minutes long. They vary length because the workouts are based on reps of the moves. The faster you rep them out, the faster your workout goes! Each of the moves have descriptions and pictures so you know exactly how to do them with proper form.
Also included is a 30 day calendar and two 5 day calendars. They are designed to help you get the most out of the workouts and allow you to be healthy and fit to chase your passions to the max.
