10 minutes
A Workout Sandbag or a Dumbbell or
Backpack with weight added
Warm-up:
Warm-up (20 seconds each)
Running
Jumping Jacks
Body Weight Squats
Arm Circles
Workout:
(45 seconds each 15 seconds rest between)
Squat to toss over shoulder
Push-up Pull Throughs
Bicep Curl to Shoulder Press
Bridge Pullovers
30 second break
Repeat the 4 workout moves
Rather do it without the video,
use a timer on your watch or phone.
